JOB SUMMARY
Provides strategic leadership for fleet, maintenance, and transportation operations, ensuring the safety, reliability, and readiness of vehicles, equipment, and facilities. This role oversees maintenance programs, fleet planning, compliance, costs, and team performance to support daily operations and large-scale deployments.
Experience
8+ years fleet, logistics, or maintenance operations, including 3+ years managing multi-site or large-scale operations
Knowledge
Fleet and maintenance operations, equipment lifecycle planning, DOT and environmental compliance, asset management, preventive maintenance, vendor management, fleet performance metrics, title work, registration and inspection, and budget planning.
Judgement
Directs departmental performance and makes strategic departmental decisions
