JOB SUMMARY
Oversees maintenance and repair of facilities, assets, and project equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness. This role leads maintenance teams and programs while managing costs, resources, and support for daily operations and large-scale deployments.
Experience
5+ years facility or asset maintenance experience, including maintenance/technical team supervision, budget and schedule management
Knowledge
Preventive and corrective maintenance, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, safety and environmental regulations, asset management, maintenance planning and documentation, and culinary equipment and commercial trailer repair.
Judgement
Works independently while overseeing and making decisions on team performance
*Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required for all positions in this path.
