JOB SUMMARY
Performs routine facility maintenance and repairs across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC. This role supports facility operations, cleanliness, and workspace needs while ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer service.
Experience
2+ years facility maintenance, repair, or related trade experience, including experience working independently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge
Building systems and maintenance procedures, workplace safety and PPE, preventive maintenance and recordkeeping.
Judgement
Works with general supervision and applies standard procedures
*Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required for all positions in this path.
