Experience
5+ years site management, facility or camp operations, hospitality, workforce housing
Knowledge
Site operations, guest services, staffing, vendor coordination, facility upkeep, budgets, billing, HSE standards, and operational documentation.
Judgement
Works independently with minimal oversight and evaluates situations to determine solutions
