JOB SUMMARY
Oversees daily site operations and serves as the primary liaison between clients, guests, and Cotton. Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, this role manages site personnel, facilities, vendors, and operational activities to ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment that meets client expectations and company standards.
Experience
3+ years site management, facility operations, hospitality, workforce housing
Knowledge
Client relations, facility management, scheduling, vendor coordination, company safety, and HR and accounting procedures.
Judgement
Works independently with review and evaluates situations to find solutions
*Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required for all positions in this path.
