Provides strategic and operational leadership for the Temporary Support Services (TSS) division, driving profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role oversees service delivery, team performance, client relationships, compliance, and growth initiatives while ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
Experience
10+ years operations, project management, or logistics, including 5+ years in senior leadership
Knowledge
Large-scale TSS operations, logistics, project execution, business operations, risk and compliance, financial management, budgeting, and operational performance.
Judgement
Operates with executive autonomy and sets functional decision-making direction
*Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required for all positions in this path.
