JOB SUMMARY
Supports the planning and execution of culinary operations for catering events, disaster response, and field projects. This role assists with event logistics, staffing, equipment, inventory, and food service operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
Experience
3–5 years of chef, hospitality experience or kitchen operational management
Knowledge
Food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, food safety, and assigned menu preparation.
Judgement
Works independently with guidance and exercises judgement within guidelines
*Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required at this level and above.
