JOB SUMMARY
Leads daily culinary and event operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and operational excellence across all projects. Reporting to the Vice President of Culinary, this role provides leadership to Project Coordinators and their teams while ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.
Experience
10+ years in management overseeing multiple teams or departments.
Knowledge
Deep knowledge of culinary operations, menu planning, event logistics, financial statements/profitability, vendor relations, inventory, and asset control.
Judgement
Directs departmental performance and makes strategic departmental decisions
*Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required at this level and above.
