JOB SUMMARY
Oversees the planning and execution of multiple culinary projects, including catering events, disaster response, and field operations. This role coordinates staffing, logistics, vendors, client communication, and resources while supporting project teams to ensure safe, efficient operations and successful outcomes.
Experience
10+ years progressive culinary or food & beverage operations experience. Proven experience leading large teams and complex culinary events.
Knowledge
Expert of culinary/event operations and operational/financial management.
Judgement
Provides oversight and makes decisions across multiple teams and sites
*Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required at this level and above.
