Plans and oversees culinary operations for complex and high-profile catering events, disaster response, and field projects. This role manages project execution, including menu planning, staffing, vendors, equipment, inventory, and on-site operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service.
Experience
10 years Chef/Hospitality or 15 years heavy kitchen management
Knowledge
Multi-project operations, compliance, financial results, vendors, assets, and client relationships.
Judgement
Works independently with review and evaluates situations to determine solutions
*Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required at this level and above.
