This role oversees Directors and Project Coordinators, ensures exceptional client service, and partners with Business Development and Executive Leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations.
Experience
15–20 years of progressive experience in the culinary industry, including 5+ years in a Director role.
Knowledge
Divisional-level culinary and business expertise to set strategy and drive growth.
Judgement
Operates with executive autonomy and sets functional decision-making direction
*Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required at this level and above.
